Working and living in Norway – different, problematic or challenging?
Kerstin Kraass has a Master in Business Administration and is certified as intercultural trainer and coach. She is German but living abroad since 2000 and works as an intercultural trainer and coach in Oslo. She is a frequent trainer hired by bilateral chambers and multinational companies.
In this event, the main differences in the Norwegian working culture should be discussed. Only when the employees of different countries are aware of different behaviours and values, one can understand the action of the Norwegian business partner or colleagues much better and they are all able to work more efficient and successful. The event will show where common misunderstanding can occur, how to avoid them and why did it happen.
